Attorney

Brittany A. Charboneau

Brittany is a Southern California native and first-generation attorney. After earning her undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Theatre Performance from Chapman University, Brittany attended law school with the goal of pursuing a legal career as a means of effecting meaningful change in society.

“It is a profound responsibility to represent survivors of sexual abuse. I am honored to stand with survivors in their pursuit of justice, challenging systematic injustices and helping create a culture where survivors are empowered to speak their truth, seek healing and reclaim their lives.”

As a law student, Brittany clerked for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, where both her passion for pursuing justice and commitment to making a positive impact in the legal field were solidified. Prior to joining Manly, Stewart & Finaldi, Brittany's legal practice was focused on catastrophic personal injury cases. Brittany served as trial counsel in numerous jury trials, and she credits her trial success to sharpening her ability to effectively advocate for her clients.

Brittany has a strong belief in the power of the law to drive social progress and is dedicated to using her legal skills to make a lasting difference. When not working, Brittany enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and dog Cooper.
