- 00:00 I believe I met Larry Nassar when I was either 12 or 13, and I made a national team, junior national team, and I saw him at every training camp that I went to and pretty much every competition. I went to him for treatment dozens and dozens, I guess hundreds of times. And he was probably the nicest adult in that situation.
- 00:20 On, on the daily, like my, my personal coaches are very intense when I say that. It's like I was always afraid to get in trouble in some way. Like we had to stand a certain way, to wear hair a certain way. This is like every single day at practice. And then when we'd go get treatment, it was like Larry, you know, would allow us to talk and, um, he would make jokes and we could joke around with him and it really felt like he was, you know, he was on our side.
- 00:56 I will never really know what I could have been definitely a daily battle of dealing with, you know, the PTSD and just the trauma that comes with it and, um, how it's affected me as an adult. But Manly Stewart and Finaldi has been extremely helpful through this whole process. Just even meeting John Manly for the first time, I could tell like he really cared about me as a person. And coming from my gymnastics background and having so many adults not care, uh, that was very refreshing. And like, honestly, I'm honored to be a part of this and I feel like I got really lucky to, to be working with Manly Stewart Finaldi, they're amazing. They're really amazing.
